At The Clifton Clinic every client will receive an initial assessment designed to determine the extent of the alcohol problem so our team can customise a treatment plan to meet the client's specific needs. Alcohol addiction does not mean that it is impossible to give up alcohol; it just means that there are urges and needs that have to be overcome in order to do so.
During our clients’ time at The Clifton Clinic, they will have one to one counselling sessions, as well as attending larger group therapy meetings. Towards the end of the period of alcohol rehab, our counsellors will the focus of care and treatment planning shifts to an ongoing support-plan, which enables clients to plan and prepare effectively for a life of sobriety. The benefit of The Clifton Clinic is that the planning starts once users are admitted, by living independently in a sober environment.
Serious health problems which are related to alcohol dependence can be avoided if treatment is sought early enough, As a result, legal, social and relationship negative issues can be avoided, and users can start a healthier, happier life of sobriety.
