Whatever the individual circumstances are which lead to the addiction, The Clifton Clinic can help users recover from the use of heroin. One of the aims of our rehab is to identify the motivation behind the addiction and address this issue direct, and another aspect is to help users learn social and emotional coping methods away from the association of heroin.
The process isn’t an overnight recovery and the typical rehab process can last approximately 4 to 12 weeks. Counselling sessions and therapy are a big part of rehab, at The Clifton Clinic and our counsellors endeavour to help the client deal with any issues which may have contributed to the addiction of heroin. Our counsellors will help the client move forward without the need for drugs.
A counselling session may be on a one to one basis or part of a larger group. With the co-operation of the client, and with our team working in conjunction with them, there is absolutely no reason why the individual would not get the most out of their rehab stay.
Over the course of the rehab process, clients will gain confidence and get ready to continue life free from drugs. Our staff members mentally prepare the patients to face everyday life in an optimistic way.
